Teams are being built and it looks like we have some new faces for May!! If you have registered then you will see your name placed on a team. Be sure to join the actual MFP group so that you are kept up to date.
I have also created a thread for each team so please feel free to pop in to your new team's thread to introduce yourself. You'll find people that may be on your existing team along with members from other teams or completely new faces to the challenge.

Hello team mates, so much is going on. I feel like I have seen my family for a while and have to play catch up. I read all your postings. I love the good vibes. It's infectious, make us all want to do good so that we won't let ourselves and the team down.
I have been keeping up with my step goals of 10,000 per day. I had a few misses with my water intake, but I made sure I got at least 2 glasses in first thing every morning.

I just checked out the May challenge and we are all on different teams. I'm going to miss my Slimsons, but we will be next door, so we can stop by to check on each other.0

I was sad about not being with any of you too. I did not make my step goal today but I did get my water.0

Shame none of us are on the same team next month.
I posted details of next week's challenge but can't find it. Hope I didn't post it to a different team.
The challenge will be - log everything you eat even if you have a bad day. Don't eat after ( insert own time ). Don't exceed your daily calories.
I'm going to continue with the steps and water challenge too as it's really helped me to make positive changes. Feel free to join me.0 -

Healthy4merever, I want to commend you for being an awesome captain. I see how you try to track members down so they can get their weights in and you listen to your team members about the challenges. Job well done:-)

Had a really stressful day (not diet or exercise related) and as a result also not hit my steps target by a ridiculous amount and also not drunk enough water. On the plus my calories were spot on which is excellent as normally on a day like I've had today I would eat everything I possibly could.
Can't wait to wake up tomorrow and pretend today didn't happen - will have to go to gym tomorrow for a loooong session.0 -
I've been doing very well with the water but the steps are kicking my butt. I've not made my steps on 2 days. I'll get them today though...going to the casino.0

Sadly it looks like we are losing another team member, that's been a steady one every week.
Well done to everyone else though, we've had some great losses again. And the gainers just keep at it I'm sure the losses will come again this week if you persevere.1 -
Thanks for motivating everyone @healthy4me4ever. I have been quiet, but actually following the team challenges(well most days2
