Morning, Everyone! Today we are gonna have a food challenge since we haven't had one in a long while. Today we are gonna eat some fiber!
Today's Challenge: Eat 1 food with insoluble fiber at a meal today, such as brown rice, grapes, or green beans.
Fiber is wonderful but is sometimes forgotten. We need to make sure we get our recommended amount!

ate some banana pancakes this morning. very tasty! i also wanted to snack some grapes but we didn't have any next time!0

I am having brow rice for dinner. It's already in rice cooker!0

I had green beans last night. Don't know what's on the dinner menu tonight as my husband makes it. Did just eat a fiber brownie. Don't know if that's insoluble or not.0

I didn't know that was the challenge, but I did it! I ate red beans and rice for lunch!0

I recently joined the challenge and forgot to check it this morning. I'm happy to report that I DID have grapes today!!0
