Data between Fitbit and MFP only going one way, the wrong way.

I am trying to automatically import workouts logged by my Fitbit into MFP.
Since connecting them the data only goes from MFP to Fitbit, not the other way around.
Can someone tell me what I'm missing?

Individual workouts don't transfer from Fitbit to MFP. Fitbit sends total calories burned and steps to MFP. MFP displays steps and uses Fitbit's total calories burned number to compute your Fitbit Calorie Adjustment.
