Time to destroy the shoulders. Do this combination with Dumbbells.

25 front raises
25 Lat raises
25 overhead press
25 shrugs

Can you double all this for double the prize? Good luck!

    Tomorrow I am not looking at the challenge until after my coffee. I misread, did 3 sets. Even with light weights (5s) I know I will feel it in the morning!
