I got the idea for this post from Allie6011012 who resisted the pull of a chocolate attack, YAY! It made me realize that we all have little victories and acknowledging them is so important when we are making changes.
So feel free to share your little victories with us so we can remember that we are all winning with every single positive choice!

Here's mine:
I had a small victory last night at a group meeting at IHOP. I did not plan ahead like I usually do at restaurants, it was late, I was hangry and I watched as my friends all ordered the double stuffed maple, sugarlicious double, french toast with 1/2 lb whipped cream LOL, ok maybe it wasn't that much.. but still. I managed to order something tasty, 2 eggs, 1 pancake and 1 slice of bacon, didn't use butter and only used 1 tbsp of syrup and I still closed the day a few cal's below my 1200 goal! Woot!

One of the reasons I feel I can succeed with MFP is because I can still indulge every great once in a while as long as I control my portions! Before, when I was in deprivation mode, I would have just given in and gone for the gusto with the triple dipped, double stuffed, double-decker fried waffle plate, and then hated myself for a week. But I had a great time, showed myself love and woke up feeling good about me.
