A self-proclaimed female feminist is staunchly against having her own children, and vocal about it.
She admitted a few months ago that really she was just afraid of what it would do to her body...
I told her that my body already looked like it would post-baby. I've lost 125 lbs. And I have a loving, wonderful, beautiful partner who doesn't care. He kisses and caresses my stretch marks.
She then told me she was terrified her partner wouldn't love her if she ended up with that body, though. That I'm OK because he already loves me that way. She'll never have kids.

It hurts to be told by someone who is supposed to be your friend that your body is unloveable. That having my body is her worst fear.

A reminder to be the kind of friends to each other that we deserve. Never body-shame a friend.
