Good Morning everyone!!!!
Well I didn't lose weight according to my scale. According to my Dr's scale I have hit my goal. But I started with my scale I will keep going with my scale.
This is the week my sister comes home and so my goals are to eat healthy even though I will be eating a lot of meals with my family. I swear they have dessert at every meal. My mom bought I think 10 bags of candy for easter. Normally if it were just my folks and I she would have gotten my dad a bag and that would be it.
