In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your short term goals.
Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!
Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!
Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!
You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!
1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!
Anyone interested in joining us for another week, or a first week, or a get back on track week?
Check in often, have a great week and do the best you can!

Think I'll stay with the same goals this week. Have a lovely week All!- Sitting here still drinking water and it's nearly Midnight. lol Really craving water lately. I napped when I got home so probably why I'm up again. Feeling much more up recently..Physical therapy is going well, I see my surgeon on Friday and that will most likely be my last appt. with him.
It's strange how it feels so long ago since I had surgery on one hand but on the other it feels like such a short time ago. It's been 7 weeks, not a very long time at all. But such a life changer...perhaps that's why it's a bit of a mind confuser time wise. I'm so proud of myself that I got this surgery done, I couldn't of lived with this pain much longer...now I just get out of a chair and start waking. ha ha Before I had to get out of the chair and try to stand with crumbly achy knees.
It's just so hard to believe a surgery can change a life so much that I now have freedom I haven't had in so long. I used to blame it all on weight, now I see yes, I am over weight but even if I had lost to my goal weight, getting out of a chair with crumbly crackling knees would have still been a challenge.
Rambling on......
Being kinder and more grateful to myself to good decisions I make.
Cheers for a wonderful finish to the week Ladies xo's

Molly- Great job with your TOPS meeting in March. Looks like some progress this week on your goals. keep working on it. I understand how tough it is. You have been working hard and I know it will pay off for you.
Hearts- great insights on your part with regard to the choices you made with your knees. those are not easy things to tackle and you have really taken them head on. You should be so proud of yourself and so happy with the progress and results. I will be interested in what the doctor has to say at your Friday appointment. take care.
My goals this week have no progress to report.0 -
Thanks so much Paulette!!
