April Challenge Day 1! I have already done my squats and lunges while at work, but I have to wait to do the sit-ups and push-ups until i get home tonight:)0

This is really helping me stay motivated! I get to the end of the day and start logging and posting my updates here an then I realize.."crap! I didn't do my challenge!" So I get it done so I can post here.. "DONE" Yay!0

Absolutely, I love it! Want to know something crazy? 3 months ago I tried to do push ups for fun with a friend.. no joke.. I could only do about 2! Now I'm up to 30!!! We'll see how 35 goes today.. (I'm adding the same number as the other exercises) YAY!0

That is fricken awesome! NSV!!!! I was doing good until the day before yesterday my elbow started having a sharp pain so now I am just doing "girly" push-ups because it does not strain my elbow as bad0

Not offended at all! That Def helped! Hubby was helping me do regular ones but he said he knew nothing shout the modified ones so I was on my own lol0 -

Ok glad you found it useful. I also have those rotating handles that help to offset the pressure but I found that it is better to just use once in a while or it creates its own strains. Anyhow..did mine.. just fell asleep early0
