5 day stretch

Hi Folks
Im going strong on a 5 day stretch. I think - knowing that I'm going to be more relaxed this weekend makes it easier to commit. How are you guys doing ? Are you heading into April strong?

    I am confident April will bring many improvements in the area I have been lacking....FITNESS. I am looking forward to it :)

    I did really well during the week (last week)... and then the weekend came... together with Easter (which should be spelled Eater)!! I indulged a bit on Saturday... a lot bit! hehe... Sunday, I started indulging, and in the middle of a social gathering, a friend an I took off for a 30 min walk... so yay for making, at least, a good choice in the middle of overindulging!! =D
    Back on today, went to my favorite spin class, and I'm on my 10th day of consecutive tracking!!
    I gotta get these -very stubborn- 15 lbs off!!! =D

    Hi ladies! Thank you for continuing to post here. I am feeling good.. did some before and after face pics today and wow! 19 pounds really shows in my face, so I'm feeling good. Did my 2nd day of walking and step up's on my lunch break at work then had a sensible lunch. Lets do this!

    awesome guys! Nadia ~ I also have the most trouble over the weekend. Ktmc, 19 lbs ! thats amazing, I like the idea of doing face pics, I've done midsection pics bc I feel like thats the target, but the face pic might be very motivating too. Happy FITNESS April, Healther :smile:

    Another day tracked and under goals, hopefully this process really does work.
