What's my motivation?

Motivation and goals should be realistic. It's important to start off slow and gradually build up. Weight loss isn't something we can dive into. It requires planning, dedication, attention, motivation and mostly love.
My challenge for you is to take a look in the mirror, look in those eyes and fall in love with the person looking back at you say "I love you", and motivate them daily.
