    Mine is pretty basic

*Stay within the allotted calorie limit that MFP gives me
*High Protien, Low Carbs (I'm not on Atkins though)
    *Drink a lot of water
*Exercise (I walk a lot, especially in the warmer months)

Also - I use weights when I walk, I have Leslie Sansone DVD's for inside walking.

I'll have to look into that DVD @Lilymay2. Pittsburgh weather seems to be either rain or cold or both. I have an elliptical I'm using at the moment, I pick up my treadmill next week. It's good to have alternatives!

@momto2lovelykids, I keep an eye on my percentages and try to keep below the 50% carbs and at or above the 20% protein (the fats usually work themselves out). Dinner is usually a protein and veggie.

All my fluid drinks will be water. I rarely drink soda so cutting that out is easy. I typically drink coffee and tea with milk and sugar. I decided to cut them out completely to reduce unnecessary calories and eliminate caffeine from my diet.

I am logging in all my food in myfitnesspal. Seeing the numbers is helping me reduce late night snacking.

    I need to exercise more.

Its always the carbs that gets me over my allowed calories, have to keep my eye on it too

I forgot to say my #1 technique. I'm mainly cooking from scratch. Food is not the enemy. Be creative and use lots of fresh and colorful ingredients.
