I don't know if anyone is still active here but I have relatively (doesn't feel it sometimes) mild MS, been diagnosed with RRMS for 15 years this year (since I was 17). I've found it much more difficult over the past 5 years or so to control my weight, a combination of steroids, relapses and needing a stick now have led to my weight ballooning. I still love walking but my MS doesn't like it so much. I got a slipped disk about a year and a half ago when I was quite fit and using a gym and that's meant I haven't been able to exercise a lot but I'm having physio and trying to strengthen my core muscles. I have a gym membership but I struggle to go there by myself or to make it an important job to do. I struggle with binging sometimes too. I guess I'm just looking to chat to like minded individuals and get some motivation to get exercising.
Thanks
Ceri x

Hi, I'm 61 and encourage you to stay moving. It is getting harder to stay limber now...sure wish I could have understood when I was younger how important excercise is to staying mobile but I did not know about tell MS until 2008.
