Hi there! I just joined this group but am on my second week of stronglifts 5x5 and I am LOVING it!! The first week was challenging and I was incredible sore. Gained 6 pounds and it didn't come off until this week but I have already lost an inch from my waist and thighs! Since the birth of my second baby 8 months ago and working full-time, finding time to go to the gym just wasn't happening so I really enjoy the simplicity of this workout and being able to do it at home. I can't wait to see where I am in 10 weeks.
