Today I didn't get such a good start! Soooo hungry! Plus I'm sore and it was a planned day off

Hello from my very busy corner of East Tennessee. I just can't seem to do all the real things I need to do and still keep up here, but I am going to try again.
Goal: 27 green days, 30 days with 30 minutes exercise, 15 gym days.
4/1 green and exercise, including the gym (even though I dropped the tailgate of my truck on my pinky and cut it wide open - thankfully no stitches were needed, but it hurts like heck to bump it on anything.)
4/2 green and exercise, but I skipped yoga in favor of training for my May 1 5k. I don't think I could have put my bodyweight on my pinky for planks or down dog today.
Totals: 2/27, 2/30 and 1/15 gym days.0 -

Off to a slow start this month! I figured today would be red... had some birthday plans for my daughter which involved lunch out. I don't mind planned red days, I do mind when whatever I'm eating isn't worth it. If I'm going to have a big splurge it should be at least worth it. Oh well.

Thanks @bbinoa. I don't expect this to heal quickly. Nothing does because even though I don't eat gluten anymore, I still have an autoimmune disease. it may be six weeks before this scars over. I should have gone and had it stitched on Friday, but I didn't realize it was that bad until it started bleeding again twice yesterday. (yes, once was at the gym, yes, that did put a stop to my assisted pull ups.)0 -

NSV... I fit into a pair of size 4 jeans. Now granted they were skin tight and totally NOT wearable in public, BUT I got them up and zippered, lol! Haven't had that size on in years! Still felt good to day I did it0 -

@bbinoa Congrats on squeezing into those size 4 jeans! That's impressive. I couldn't squeeze into a pair of size 4 jeans even if I wanted to. Ha, ha, ha. Great NSV though.0 -
@Laughter_Girl thanks! I've gone down about 4 sizes now, but only about 20 lbs lost. I guess its from lifting? They can paint those jeans on me and I'll still count it as "fit"!

Oh, my word, where did last week go? I hate the last weeks of school. Projects to do, shows to attend, plus regular kids activities leading to no room for mom time.
Anywho...
As of yesterday I am 8/27 - green, 10/30 - at least a walk, and 6/15 gym days. I am counting my hike Saturday as a gym day because it's in the spirit of doing more than just walking as exercise.

It's getting a little better for me as the month goes on. Next week starting Monday, I'm focusing primarily on strength training. I have to have laser surgery on my vocal chords next month and won't be able to do any heavy lifting (among other things like talking & laughing - My username alone speaks volumes.) over a month. It's a bummer, but at least I will be able to do cardio. Therefore, I'm going to lift as much as possible before the surgery to build a muscle or two. Any helpful advice is greatly appreciated.
