Afternoon willpower needed

I'm 2 weeks pp and happy with my weight loss so far, but I've noticed that I blow through my remaining calories for the day by about 5 pm, which is before I've logged dinner. So I've been over my goal nearly every day. Any tips to beat the afternoon munchies?

    Water, water, and more water, especially if you are BFing. Keep in mind that it may also be your body's way of telling you to eat more, so you might want to test out upping your calorie goal and seeing how that goes and if you continue to lose.

    Yes to a crapload of water!

    Also make sure you're getting enough calories. Especially if you're breastfeeding!

    Also, don't stress out about it. You're 2 weeks PP - sleep and baby snuggles are more important :)

    Yes, the water will certainly help. Thanks ladies! I also think that I was playing mind games with mfp- for some reason using the -500 calories was making me eat more than just setting my own goal to add the 500 in. Not sure if that makes sense. So seeing a total of 1300 at the bottom of the screen was making my brain think it needed more than when I see a total of 1800 at the bottom. I know it sounds crazy, but I think just making that change made a difference yesterday.
