Day 84: 4/3/16

Good morning!

Getting a late start posting but not a late start in feeding my body with food and exercise.

Yesterday A-1. I lost 3% body fat and a 1/2" on my hips and 1/2" inch on both thighs.
Doesn't sound like much but to meet it's great! And my local candidate I was helping with won her election !

Today
1. run 5K for the troops - did a very slow glide pace but finished under 40. Good for healing. Done.
2. water 6 in - 6 to go!
3. food - high carb day - keep it within reason
4. cover all furniture as my floors are being sanded next week.

    Good morning everyone!!!
    @Frigs you have some amazing achievements: Congratulations!!
    Yesterday I got so bummed out because of the weather... It was snowing the whole day; it melted eventually. My food intake was very unusual.
    The plan for today is to cover the basics, get groceries and have a very relaxing Sunday. Yoga is calling my name :)

    Frigs if you lived in my area I would ask you who you are having do your floors as my parents floors need to be redone and it's one task I'm not up to. I keep telling my mom the next people will want a totally different color to not bother. But she is so determined to do the hardwood floors again.

    I'm still feeling exhausted from this week so I'm just going to keep things light.
