Working so hard, feeling pumped, like a new person but the weight isn't falling? That's ok!! After all it wasn't gained overnight. It's important to learn discipline, give yourself time to break-in new habit, so this journey can be truly life changing.
April challenge: don't be fooled by unrealistic goals. Set a goal for yourself, post it, say it, and lets break it into our routine.
the Almighty Spreadsheet July 2019-September
Using this spreadsheet is quite simple. Simply navigate to the "Data" tab to see which team you are on. Team colors are listed immediately adjacent to your name. The row with your name on it will contain your data and stats for the entire challenge. Please check the spreadsheet frequently to make sure that there are no errors in your weigh ins. Each team also has its own tab so you can see how your team performs as a whole, and to see who else is on your team. The "Standings" tab is where you can see how your team is performing relative to the other teams.
You will not have edit access to the spreadsheet, that right is reserved for moderators. If you would like to change something (weigh in amount, username, etc.) you must message us. Weights should be entered in the weigh in thread ONLY in order for your weigh in to count.
