In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your short term goals.

Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!

Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!

Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!

You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!

1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!

    Weekly Goals:
    1. Water - 144 oz daily
    2. Bed - 10:30pm
    3. Be kinder to myself and quit expecting perfection.

    Think I'll stay with the same goals this week. Have a lovely week All! :)

    Hello Hearts - thanks for consistently getting us started. You rock. I certainly hope your week goes very well. Smart to stay with the same goals. they are good ones and a good way to keep things under control and in perspective.

    My goals will be the same until I can make some decent progress. However, this is the week to do that.
    Goals
    1. workout 3 times
    2. steps over 7,000 2 times this week.

    Hearts- Hope you had a good Monday and Tuesday. Be kind to yourself. How is the water and bedtime going? Hang in there. You deserve all good things.

    Hello Hearts and Paulette!! Sorry I have been MIA. Very busy at work and in personal life these days!

    I did make it to my TOPS meeting last night and it was awesome indeed and I had lost 3.25 pounds!!

    I promise to be back next week! Keep pushing! <3

    YES YES - 2 fruits a day 0/6
