shoulder mobility?

Suggestions or youtube examples to help my shoulder mobility? Of course I am doing exercises, rolling ect suggested by my coach as well ;) I cant seam to lock my elbows overheard for overhead squats, handstand pushup , full snatch ect. I can do light wieght and dont go very far down in my squat because as soon as I do my elbows unlock...its frustrating. Plus on pull ups my shoulders and neck make a pop sound and it feels really tight, not necessary hurt buy I can tell something isn't right. Rolling beforehand does help on the pull ups. I have went to chiropractors and they had no answers really. Thoughts?
