shoulder mobility?

Suggestions or youtube examples to help my shoulder mobility? Of course I am doing exercises, rolling ect suggested by my coach as well I cant seam to lock my elbows overheard for overhead squats, handstand pushup , full snatch ect. I can do light wieght and dont go very far down in my squat because as soon as I do my elbows unlock...its frustrating. Plus on pull ups my shoulders and neck make a pop sound and it feels really tight, not necessary hurt buy I can tell something isn't right. Rolling beforehand does help on the pull ups. I have went to chiropractors and they had no answers really. Thoughts?

I like Kelly Starrett's mobility stuff, really practical short things that you can do at home. I'm using some of his drills for thoracic spine mobility. Here's an example but there's loads of other vids: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JVsA7imlm4Y

Kelly is a genius, I think his YouTube channel is WODmobility or something like that, had some great videos2
