Morning, Everyone! Today we are going to do an upper body stretch while showing ourselves some love.

Today's Challenge: Hug yourself for a count of 10. Repeat 6 times.

If you want to deepen the stretch, walk your fingers toward the middle of your back. Then gently pull your shoulders forward until you feel a stretch in your upper back.
