'Labor Pains' 12 Hour Race

Has anyone done the Labor Pains 12 Hour Race in Reading, PA held Labor Day weekend? I am very seriously considering but am interested in hearing others thoughts and experiences and also interested in what the terrain was like. I know it's called a trail run but just wondering if its a difficult trail.
