Any Tips?

Hi Ladies! I am new here and I am trying to really get into the work out spirit.

Any tips for a newly working out Mom?

Right now I am doing the stationary bike at the gym for 35 minutes and some weight machines.

Also anyone else a blogger?!

    Not a blogger but I added the 30 Day Squat Challenge to my routing this week. So fa, so good. My goal is to do a different challenge each month to keep me moving.

    Log in here everyday, log all you consume, even if you go over, because that is how you will learn. Don't expect amazing results right away, take it day by day. Calories In & out + Cardio + strength/weight training = learning to love youself and make a lifestyle change.....sounds good doesn't it? LOL - I really should take my own advice.....

    I have been doing this since January and for the first time I am actually seeing results! Good luck!
