Free Strength traininh programs

Hi ladies

I am 11 months pp and i am getting ready to lose weight whilst also building or maintaining my muscle mass. I am however having difficulty finding a free starter training program i can complete at home. Have any of you ladies got any suggestions? Thank you

Also what size weights would you recommend starting off at. I am 5"4 and approximately 158lbs give or take a few pounds

    do you have any equipment at home? i have a friend who's on a similar pathway with very limited access to actual weights, and i think she went to the resources page at nerd fitness to start herself off. she spent an hour or two with a trainer after a couple of weeks just to get a form check, since she's in her 50's and doesn't want to become some kind of casualty. but she's still at it, and it's been at least six months by this time.

    I've seen lots of recommendations for You Are Your Own Gym, so you might check that out for body weight programs.
