Free Strength training programs

Hi ladies

I am 11 months pp and i am getting ready to lose weight whilst also building or maintaining my muscle mass. I am however having difficulty finding a free starter training program i can complete at home. Have any of you ladies got any suggestions? Thank you

Also what size weights would you recommend starting off at. I am 5"4 and approximately 158lbs give or take a few pounds
