    After my oldest daughter goes to school I will be doing day 3/ week 4 of Insanity. Im looking to lose about 56-66 more pounds. I want to get healthy and fit, look & fel good!. I also want to show my girls that you can do anything you set your mind to.

    ,Still feeling the burn after my monday insanity workout,yesterday was rest day cos i was so much in pain,its my first insanity workout after a long time,i am still sore but want to do it anyway,
    i want to lose about 30lbs but sticking to my allowed calories is the problem !
    But this challenge is all i need to keep me on track.Thanks for your input,it very quite here!

    I've been doing the elliptical--kickin' my butt! The weather, so far, looks favorable for a walk today. I get my treadmill next week and can't wait! It will help with the wacky weather we've been having. I have 61 lbs left to go to hit my goal weight.

    i am happy for you.sometimes i wish i buy my own gym equipment instead my expensive gym membership.you go girl!!!
    i forgot to share my workout for wednesday
    i did 40mins of figurobics. sp? mixture of dance steps and aerobics with my two kiddos!!!
    wow that made them so proud to stay in till the end

    I'd rather go to a gym, but distance/time is challenging right now. I'm going to give myself another 30 lbs. and then join one. I know I need the strength training along with the cardio. Walking is my happy place for exercise. I shut my phone down and enjoy the time to myself. :)
    I got the two machines because of the weather. It can be so unpredictable here, so it gives me an inside alternative.
    Figurobics sounds fun! And I think it's awesome your kids are doing it right along side you!

    Got my walk in last night! Back to the elliptical tonight probably as it's supposed to rain tonight and snow the next couple of days.

    you did awesome,i am happy i found the motivation here to exercise,i had a gym membership since last year and never used it,It can also get cold here in munich germany,Hubby is sitting here and iam trying to convince him to do insanity with me.
    i still have problem with late night snacking and i am sure that will derail me,i am really changing my diet as of today to eat more frequently but space to maybe 5 meals and stick to low carb to see if i can have the late snacking under control.

    upper body workout
    butterfly for shoulders and chest 10kg each 80 rep
    butterfly 02 for breast muscles 20kg each 40 rep
    hand bicycle at level 10 100calories burned
