Good Morning!
Yesterday- ok - Did the hotel stairs instead of outside. I let work get in the way.
Today - 18 degrees but no wind this morning! I like the no wind part!
1. 5K run done - back to a nice trot - feel fine will work up my speed
2. Water

Enjoy the day! It's been nice being away from the scale. 2 more days in the hotel!

Happy Hump Day!
Had a good day yesterday. Stayed under my calories and did my steps. Didn't get to my run. Just need to face the facts that my workout schedule isn't going to happen until we hand the keys for the apartment back in on Monday (been spending our evenings cleaning the apartment so we can get our security deposit back). It's ok, I'm missing workouts, but it's not like I'm sitting on my butt.
I am going to do yoga tonight because I signed up for a class, so I won't miss that.

Yesterday was great I love sunshine hope it shows up today as it gets my fanny moving.

Happy Wednesday! Had a very good day yesterday with the exception of extreme DOMS but right on target with everything else. Even got my walk in after work.
Very windy here today hope it dies down this afternoon so I can walk..don't want to fly away and be eating dust the whole time.

Good morning everyone!!!
I love low expectations days and yesterday was one of those days. I was feeling lazy and didn't expect much from the day to my surprise, I felt like trying max chin-ups and I got 6 in a row I didn't think I would get to train, ended up having a great workout... All around nice day.
Today I'm seeing my new doctor for a preliminary visit before my checkup and I'm hoping for nothing but good news. I also want to cover all my basics and do my daily chin-ups.
