WTF!? Who was it? Everyone is saying Michonne, but I'm like noooo Negan doesn't kill women! Why would he start?0

I'm leaning towards Glenn too. BUT, my other guesses are Aaron (if AMC wimps out and wants to kill someone with little importance), Daryl, Abraham, or Eugene.
I don't think it would be Michonne or any of the ladies.
Definitely wasn't Rick or Carl, since Negan said if anyone moved to cut out the kid's other eye and feed it to his dad or something along those lines.0 -
I'm going with Eugene, Abraham, Daryl, or Glenn. I don't think Aaron since it wouldn't be like an OMG! I mean, how many times have we seen Aaron this season? I don't remember him at all when he's on. Abraham puffed out his chest, but I think Negan would see that as too easy. Like he's not going to let Abraham sacrifice himself so the others can live. Ahhh! I don't want to rush summer, but I can't wait until October!0

I just thought Aaron since why else would they bring him along? lol0

Is the quote in Entertainment Weekly legit? I mean, would Andrew really be sick over the death of Aaron?0

Supposedly noone in the cast or crew knows yet who it was...0

I'm leaning towards Glenn too. It being Michonne hadn't even occurred to me. I assumed it would be Glenn, Darryl, or Abraham. I really wish they hadn't gone with the cliff hanger even though I understand the thinking behind it (Rick losing control of everything). I t clearly wasn't popular with fans.1

It's definitely one of the characters in the van. The first person perspective throughout the episode is from someone who is in the van looking out, so the first person perspective of the person getting his or her brains bashed in should be the same person (does that make sense? I tried to explain that to people at work and they didn't get my reasoning at all).
I want it to be Michonne, but I think it's Glenn. Which will really upset me, because we already spent half the season debating on whether or not he was alive, and Maggie has already lost all of her family.1 -
I'm also leaning towards Glenn. Although we all know that anyone Rick gets "close" to usually doens't last much longer.... So I guess with that line of thinking, Michonne is definitely a possibility. A lot of people think Darryl is un-killable due to how well his stuff sells, but in a world like TWD, no one should be safe for any reason. As long as it isn't Aaron, I'll be okay. Seems as though that's the only reason they'd drag him along - since we didn't see much else of him all season.0

I initially thought it was Daryl or Abraham, but, I was talking to a coworker and he thinks it's Maggie, and his argument is very good. We've spent a lot of time this season focusing on Maggie and the baby, she's the reason they are there. Her death would bring Carol back to the real world, and she would bring the new group with her to team up with Rick and co. Also, Maggie is useless to Negan, she's sick, pregnant, and married. I don't think it's Glenn because it's too easy, too obvious.0

Without posting spoilers from the graphic novels - as we all know TWD does NOT exactly follow the graphic novels - BUT, I feel that Maggie has a place in the future of the show. I like her character and would love to see her continue on the path she's been on. BUT, that would be a HUGE shocker and very emotional. It would definitely kick-start the show from the blah of recent seasons where almost none of the main core characters have died.
I can't wait for October! lol0 -

Yes, my argument was probably the same as yours, and my coworkers rebuttal was that possibly Carol will be a replacement for what you are thinking. Who knows. But he did kind of sway my thinking. I love Maggie, and she is definitely my husbands favorite, so if they got rid of her they would have to get rid of Daryl to keep the swooning leveled out in my household, lol.0 -
I've surmised that the person who is going to meet Lucille 'should' be one of the people who were in the Saviors' van - since they showed that camera POV repeatedly throughout the episode, and then in the same camera angle/POV during the beating. This would lead most to believe that it is going to be Daryl, Michonne, Rosita, or Glenn. Right?0
