Morning, Everyone! Today we are going to wor k on our balance with this simple exercise!
Today's Challenge: Draw 10 imaginary circles with your right leg, then switch and draw 10 with your left leg. Repeat twice!
If you have to make sure to have a piece of furniture ready! I don't want anyone falling down!
