Today
1. hotel steps - lunch and morning break - take one!
2. move back home with the kitties!
3. settle in and water it up today!

    Good morning!

    I hit my calorie and workout goals yesterday, but only hit 10k steps instead of my 12k goal. Good enough.

    @Frigs I hope your kitties are handling the stress well!

    Goals for today:
    1. stay within calories
    2. 12k steps
    3. yoga

    Good morning! The weekend is almost here!!
    Had a good day yesterday but didn't get for my walk after work. It was so windy I would have been eating dirt the whole time. Plus I was feeling tired so I took it easy last night and listened to my body cues.

    Todays goal:
    gym - done
    eat within calories
    wholesome choices
    water
    chiro to readjust my aching back

    Sorry, I've been MIA this last week, having my grandson. Today, I'm starting to get my mojo back.

    Today's goals
    1. Gym
    2. Hit protein goal
    3. Keep sodium under 1500
    4. No eating after 8

    Good morning everyone!!!
    Yesterday was interesting... Felt a bit weird after getting probed and tested and the tetanus shot took out my shoulder for the day :blush: I stayed good with the food and the walking.
    Today I am geeking over my test results :) so far, all tests are great and within desirable ranges.
    I realized I really like Tuesdays and Thursdays. The plan for today is to get everything done: basics, chin-ups, training and walking.
