Yesterday - nutrition was good but very sedentary. A little hotel stair climbing

Today
1. Kitties are home safe and the car ride went ok. I would not do well in a tiny house!
2. Lots of cleaning tonight but gotta get some work done first!
3. Walk at lunch - this is a must!
4. Water, nutrition

Have a great day!! I am blessed with good weather for the final drying of the floors.

    Good afternoon everyone!!!
    Yesterday was a great day, nutrition was good, the workout was awesome.
    Today I spent my morning researching and calculating. I got back all my test results and everything is great but my LDL is a bit high and I wanted to figure things out. In the light of all the tests, there is no reason for concern but since my fat intake is on the high side, I really needed to make sure I have everything dialed in :)
    The plan for today is to have a lovely day despite the snow. I want to cover all my basics, actively rest and do my chin-ups.
