I want this group to be a place to share. If you have a healthy recipe, great! If you had a rough weekend and need advice, ask us. I am also thinking we can have days where all members set a goal. Maybe your Saturday is slow and you have free time. We can use those days to challenge each other to go on a 2 mile walk. The sky is the limit.

Whatever day people choose should be a good day. Gotta have time to rest your body though. I have been doing this for about a week and I already have so much energy then before I started. Do you feel the same way?

Yes. I also broke my old habit of eating after 8. I've felt so much better in the mornings
