Yesterday - nice day with not too much excess on day off of rigor

Today
1. Walk 4 miles
2. water
3. Hi Carb
4. Still de-dusting and gotta shop for rugs. Found a rug depot!

    Good morning everyone!!!
    Yesterday was decent. Soreness in the back is somewhat bothering me, I was hoping for a speedy recovery. I got distracted and didn't do my yoga either.
    Today I plan to have a good day with the family, stay active, rest my back, cover the basics and be fresh for the new week.
