I'm in a similar situation where my cupboard is full of different spices. Something different for me that I'm reading on is horseradish...all the anti- inflammatory, anti- cancer, liver detox benefits has been interesting. I've tried a little..goes a long way but made a vegetable dip with Greek yogurt, horseradish, ranch seasoning.
It was nice and spicy..0 -
Well this was hard for me because I don't do the cooking! I ended up buying some white pepper (never tried it!) and adding it to a chicken stew my hubby made. It was a nice addition!0

Like many others on here, I use a lot of different spices already. There's a stir fry station at the cafeteria at work so i decided to try out one of those spices this week in that context. I chose lemon pepper with a chicken dish and it was good! I rarely use lemon pepper anyway and it was a nice treat. I forgot how good it was. This was a great challenge this week!0

I used herbes de Provence in my eggs with some goat cheese. No need for extra salt... so good!0

I also have a lot of spices in my kitchen, but last week I tried a chicken rice soup that was very yellow and yummy. I asked for the recipe and found a different spice, turmeric (i think that is how you spell it) Well I made the dish tonight for my family and the kids weren't that into it but hubby and I loved it.
Also I going to have to get me some herbs de provence to try.0 -
Made mashed sweet potato with ginger & my new spice, tumeric. It was delicious & I'll definitely make it again, esp since I now have a whole jar of tumeric to use up!!0

Roasted sweet potatoes with curry and turmeric. Curry chicken and rice. I love, love curry. I haven't tried the turmeric before. I liked it.0

I forgot to post what I did last week. I found a quinoa and kale salad recipe and ate it several times. It's one of my new favorites.0
