Not runner

I'm by no means a runner, though I would like to be. Tips and tricks? Go!

    I am not a runner- but I walk about 5-6 miles a day- do weight lifting, horse back riding, swimming and yoga. Getting fit is way more than running :) But to begin running- ooh.. I have no idea.
