Happy Monday!
So this weekend was kind of a fizzle for me. We went running for the first time in a few weeks, so that was awesome! But we went out to eat on Friday and I overate, I actually hit my goal on Saturday, but I overate yesterday too. My BIL is getting married and I was at the bridal shower. I planned to track everything and started to, but then the munchies got away from me and the "what the hell" effect took hold. I was downing Easter candy by the time I got home.
Looks like this 100 day challenge is going to end up as a maintenance phase for me. I initially lost a little weight, but all the stress of the house caused me to go back up. I'm glad that I overall maintained during a time that many people gain (so I've been told), so I'm counting that as a success. But this weekend was just ridiculous and I need to rein it in.
New week, new outlook. I'm going to stick to my goals this week and hope to be down at least a little bit for the end of this challenge.
Goals for today:
1. stay within calories
2. 12k steps
3. TRX class (strength)0 -
Today's goal,
1. Body Works Class
2. Run / Arc Trainer
3. Hit protein
4. Under sodium
5. No late night snacking0 -
I'm really tired of snow.
1.exercise
2. up my water
3. eat well it would help if I bought groceries but I just don't want too.
4. Make a priority list .
I won't be hitting my goal either this 100 but I at least lost weight this time around0 -
Good morning everyone!!!
I want to just tell you all how proud I am of you!!! Progress comes in many shapes and forms and we have all made progress!!!!
Yesterday basics were covered but I didn't follow my plan; I felt good early in the day so I started doing my chin-ups... As the day progressed, fatigue caught up with me. So much for resting my back.
I did have time to analyze the situation and do some math. 124 days ago I started doing chin-ups daily, totaled together they add up to around 1900 chin-ups. I guess it makes sense that I experience some motion pattern overloadI went from doing a chin-up starting with feet on the floor to doing 6 in a row from a dead hang. I'm very pleased with this progress and I think it's time to end this faze of the program. I want to progress to the next faze and focus on my pull-ups. The good thing is that this new faze will only help with upper body progress.
The plan for today is to rest every muscle in my body and cover the basics.
Let's have a fabulous Monday!!!0
