In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your short term goals.

Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!

Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!

Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!

You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!

1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!

Anyone interested in joining us for another week, or a first week, or a get back on track week?

Check in often, have a great week and do the best you can! B)<3

    Hi Forest  )

Well, today was my first day back to the pool since surgery. I finish up PT on Friday, so have tomorrow (weds) and Friday left is all. Sorta scary ending PT, perhaps because doing both knees I spent a lot of time with them all and it's sorta hard to leave. But I know it's time...my time at the pool today showed me that...it was so freeing to be there! It was a wonderful morning and what a feeling to be back in the pool running again!

No pain whatsoever today after that workout! It was pleasantly exhausting...like workouts should be. ;)
Trying to continue getting my water back up, oops bed by 10:30pm isn't happening tonight. Staying up late is not a habit I like as it messes up my morning but that's not hard to change. I'll keep working on that. A couple sleepy mornings and that's an easy habit to break. lol

I think with #4 perhaps what I meant to say was 'allow more ppl in my life'. I keep ppl at a distance, I feel afraid that they'll leave. lol So I guess I guarantee they won't by not letting them in??? ha ha I know I know makes no logical sense, it's more of an emotional thing I thing some of us find ourselves doing.

Off to read a few pages in my book and then lights out. Workout in the pool before PT and then maybe laundry after or back home to do some cleaning to make it a bit homier ? Um, that's' not a word is it? It is now ;)

    Love you Forest xoxoxoxo <3

Hearts- I love that you are back to swimming and no pain. that will be excellent therapy for your knees. I understand about being at a loss with no more PT after this week. I had that same feeling when I was done with my knee and also my hand PT. you go and work and have this trusting relationship with the therapists and then it is gone. but things sound good for your recovery from the knee replacements.

    My goals

    1. 3 days of workouts
    2. 7 days of logging
    3. 6 days of being in the green
    Mon-Tues progress
    1.none
    2. 2/7
    3. 2/6

Okay Warriors- lets keep getting just a little bit better each day. we can do this. we can conquer our bad habits.

Well it appears the week has flown by yet again and here I am posting on the weekend. lol

Not such a bad week, continuing to push on the water, I wanna get back in my really good habit of having plenty around for when Summer comes.

Bedtime - been up really late a number of times and I need to get on that...it doesn't feel good when I go to bed or the next morning either... so if it doesn't feel good, it's time to give it up.

I feel I've been kinder to myself although in doing so I realize how independent I try to be when ppl are trying to help me, a bit too independent. Almost feels like I do it because I don't feel I'm worthwhile to be bothered with and don't want them to waste their time. Hmm...that's quite a revelation I just had, amazing how things pop up when you write them out.

Guess I have a few things to ponder over now. :# I wonder if this ties in a bit with the perfectionism? Perhaps...

Well Forest it's been You and I this week, mostly you :D but so glad you're here and that you are such a kind friend!! <3<3

I'm so glad you are in my life!! xo
