Happy Tuesday, going to be a beautiful day here.
Had a really good day yesterday but the scale is taking a big upward swing. Now some is DOMS related for sure and some for eating at higher calories to get my strength back. Think I am ready to start cutting them back again but will listen to my body.
Todays goals:
strength training lower body - done
walk after work
healthy choices

First off, Good luck on your 5k @Frigs. Today, I have a lot of errands to do so my biggest goal is meet my calorie goal. Last night was really hard as far as late night snacking but I accomplished not doing it, yesssss!
Today's goal.
1. Morning gym
2. Evening walk
3. Meet calorie goal
4. Meet protein goal.0 -
Today I got up and exercised right away and I have my food all mapped out just got to increase that water. Considering having a phone free vacation. only numbers I would answer are my parents as I'm responsible for them and my child don't have to worry about that one she only calls if it's an emergency. LOL My vacation is in june and after today and arguing with the medical company for my daughter I'm thinking it would be nice to be phone free for a week. Before cell phones when you went away you truly were away from everyone.0

Yesterday I had every intention to rest but as I finished my chores I was feeling fresh and bored so I decided to start the training for the week. Food was good and protein was nice and high
Today I'm starting the pull-ups training but other than that all I want to do is cover the basics and relax.
