Good Morning! Yesterday I fueled up and felt good after the race. 10 mm so nice starting point for the series. Thanks for all your good luck wishes!

Today
1. At the airport for work travel- 5 waters in during the travel to...7 to go!
2. Med Carb Day. Brought food with me to avoid the high calorie laden airport food.
3. Took the stairs and walking through the airport for exercise today.

Happy Hump Day!!

Good job on your race Frigs! Always nice to start well.

Had a great day yesterday and met all my goals. Was check in day with my coach and he wants me to stay at maintenance for 2-3 months before restarting a deficit. So I guess I will have to learn to not be angry when the scale doesn't move when I really want to see that number go down. But building muscle and strength is the main objective right now.

    Todays goals:
    upper body strength - done
    healthy choices
    stay within maintenance
    hydrate - my biggest issue
    walk

    Happy Hump Day!

    Good morning everyone!!!
Yesterday went better than expected but with a serious drawback: the return of some serious chest pains. It's the strangest thing ever, the pain is sharp when I breathe deeply or when I move. I slept with an ice bottle on my chest :( Last time this happened, I was seriously scared and panicked but this time I know what caused it so I'm making adjustments. The only add on to my routine were the pull-ups and I'm pretty sure I messed up my form by going too wide and hurting my fascia. I'm taking a break from this exercise until the pain subsides.
The plan for today is all about basic stuff and plenty of ice, stretching and resting.
    Let's have a fabulous day!!!
