Day 95: 4/14/16

Yesterday - survival mode at the end of the day but made it through not too unscathed with 12 hours travel for work and late night proposal writing.

Today - I need to remember my nutrition plan. UP THE VEGGIES THEY ARE IN THE FRIDGE!!!!
1. up early for nice brisk walk
2. abs are in my future
3. massage
4. water it up!!

    Good morning
    Had a good day yesterday but so sore with DOMS, today is better and I think it will be a light activity day to let my body recover.

    Today's goals
    eat healthy choices
    try to get in more water
    stay within calories
    walk after work

    Weekend is in our sights!! B)

    Morning,

    Yesterday, again it was tough not going over my calorie goal last night. Hubby is a late night snacker but I ended up cutting an apple w/ some hummus!!!!'

    Today's goals
    1. Gym
    2. Hit protein and keep sodium low
    3. Plan my meal for tomorrow since we're going to the spring fair, :)

    Good morning everyone!!!
    Yesterday was very productive in terms of rest and recovery. Chest pain is slowly diminishing ;)
    Plan for today is to get my training done, water, protein and a hike because it's nice outside.
    Let's make it a fabulous Thursday!!!
