Goal for your week!

How is everyone doing with their weekly goals we talked about? Any challenges?

    I am a little slow in responding, but since our class on nutrition I have seen positive changes. In one month I lost 2% body fat and gained 2 lbs of muscle. I am excited to see where things go from here.

    Challenges - definitely figuring out meal plans to fit my macro nutrient goals. Eating 5 times a day is challenging but it is even more challenging to fit the nutrients into 3 meals. Good days and bad days, just keep trying.
