Yesterday went well.
Today much needed rest for DOMS
Water, nutrition, keep those veggies going for me!

    Good morning everyone!!!
    Yesterday went completely according to plan :) the workout was nice and I hit a PR on my hip thrusts. Chest pain is almost gone and come Monday I think I'm ready for pull-ups again.
    The plan for today involves all basics and a small hike because it finally feels like Spring and I can leave my heavy winter coat at home :)

    Morning,

    I tried to post earlier but for some reason my post didn't post :|:| Today, my goal is just to stick to my meal plan. My husband and I are going to the Spring Fair. I'm at the gym getting a workout before we head out
    BTW, I read the tread about ideas for the next challenge, tonight or tomorrow morning, I'll post my thoughts.

    It feels like spring here too i actually left work early I know that's so unlike me LOL
    It was great to hit the park with just a sweatshirt on and not a parka. Hope this weather continues. I took it easy for a couple days as i had run into the Dr's office to have them complete some forms and my Dr took one look at me and said Come here let me look at your hips. I'm sure everyone in the waiting room truly hated me as I was like I'm fine he's like over here right now!!! He popped the hip in and said to take it easy for a few days and said do You not feel pain or what? LOL I feel the pain I was just working on getting it to go back. So my workouts have been a lot less and I had to increase my sodium by a ton too to stabilize my bp. So my weight is up. hopefully I can get everything on an even keel and then back to my normal workouts and eating. Monday I hope to get my water back to normal too. Have a great saturday everyone.
