I'm already doing weekly weigh ins on Mondays for another group so here's where I am so far..
5'5", 39yo
MFP start weight: 173
April start weight: 3/28: 154lb
April 4: 152lb
April 11: 152lb
April 18: 150lb
April 25:
Goal for April 30: 149lb
