    Challenge Starting weight : 169.2 lbs (4-1-16)
    Week 1 Weight : 166.2 (4-8-16
    Week 2 Weight : 164.7 (4-15-16)

    4.5 lbs lost so far :)

    Ok I like seeing progress so I'll post too :) I'm already doing weekly weigh ins on Mondays for another group so here's where I am so far..

    5'5", 39yo
    MFP start weight: 173
    April start weight: 3/28: 154lb
    April 4: 152lb
    April 11: 152lb
    April 18: 150lb
    April 25:
    Goal for April 30: 149lb

    We all have different weigh in days and schedules, i just start a thread when I do my "weekly" weigh in :)
