Found this via youtube. Looks amazing and thought I qould give this a try.

My goal is to go to yoga 4xs a week. I know when I work out more/more active my eating habiting fall more in line. I feel focusing on one thing to start will help get the ball rolling. I'm so busy that staying modivated and being consistent is a challange for me. I do lack accountability.

As a prize to myself I'll replace my cell phone and/or get the nose piercing I've wanted
