In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your short term goals.

Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!

Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!

Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!

You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!

1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!

Anyone interested in joining us for another week, or a first week, or a get back on track week?

    2. Bed - earlier than I have been
    3. Work to be even kinder to myself than I am others.
    4. Allow more ppl in my life & ask for help if I need it.

    Water - doing good
    Bed - last night was later than I'd planned zzzzzz
    Workouts - pool today YAY :smiley: Felt so great!

    I didn't get to post my goals yet so here goes.

    2. Stay in green

    As I was saying (cough cough) :s ...until I hit something on my keyboard and it changed pages before I was finished and .......everything I had already written was gone. :#:D

    *Bed - Needing to head to bed but really want to read a couple pages of a fun book I'm reading so I might do that then crawl under the covers. :)

    *Kindness to myself
    - struggling with this one a bit...had a few ups and down lately..suppose that's normal but...really want to get on top of this. I want to be one of those ppl that say they love themselves no matter what. I know I can to that point, just need to reinforce it and keep my self talk positive. <3 Learn to treat myself like I treat others. I would NEVER EVER talks to others like I talk to myself in my head. That would be incredibly mean..thinking of it that way helps.

    *Allow more ppl in my life
    - I did some volunteer work this afternoon. I helped package containers of food that was donated for others to pass out tonight for ppl in need. I had such fun with the small group of us. I'll definitely be doing this often.

    *Water-Water drinking is going quite well actually!smiley-drinking-water.gif

    *Workouts- Took today as a rest day..well I was running around and keeping quite busy this afternoon volunteering but I didn't actually go to the gym.

    I think I'm needing to be more careful at how long I workout, just because my knees don't hurt, well they are made out of titanium so why would they, right?! :D . I am noticing my right leg in particular get fatigued pretty quickly...that was the one done 2 months ago. I need to keep reminding myself it's only been 2 months and it may look fine from the outside but the inside is still healing.

    Such a short post....sorry Forest, I'll write a longer one next time! :D>:)

    I hope you can keep doing your volunteer work as it is so good for your soul and attitude. You are so worth everything you get so keep being kind to yourself. As far as your workouts, listen to your body. Those muscles that hurt are being used in different ways than before and had periods of idleness while you recovered. Patience and gradual increase of workouts is a good rule of thumb.

    Be kind to yourself and have notes posted with a phrase around to counteract the self talk that is negative. You can treat yourself the way you treat others. You deserve all that.

    Forest...I so love it that you don't leave me alone in here... :D ha ha It's so nice to have company but of course even if you got busy I'd still stick around knowing you'd be back at some point. ;)
