My goals, for this challenge, are to get in the 180's (preferably 185 or lower) and finally follow my meal plans. My biggest obstacle in this whole weight loss is my sweet tooth. I would be at work and around 2pm just want cookies, or m&ms or chocolate milk or sodas..I could go on forever. I'm hoping that this challenge will hold me accountable..(see what i did there :smiley: ) I am even giving myself a sweet treat in the afternoons to carve my cravings.
My prize at the end of this is to buy myself a cute outfit (a romper/dress and some heels) and the Dita von Teese book I've been dying to get.
