Ugh... I can't even today
Went to New Jersey for the weekend. Had a blast with too much food, too much alcohol, and not enough movement. My weight is through the roof.
This challenge has been an exercise in maintenance for me. Which I guess is ok, but I'm so close to a healthy weight range that its frustrating to not make progress.
Being kind to myself. This is not the time to throw in the towel, its time to double down.
Going rock wall climbing with Mr. Ting today, so that should be fun.
Goals for today:
1. stay within calories
2. 12k steps
3. rock wall climbing0 -
Well when we start the new 100 my weight will be higher UGH!!!!!!
but I am thankful my daughter is a grad student and she is a research scientist I partook in a study awhile back and half of the group has had complications. I'm good my blood work everything is great only thing I'm having issues with is slipping out of joint which is something I always had. So I will SMILE and just move on and thanks @Frigs for the positive healing vibes!!
Goals
rest
extra water
just get in my 10k steps0 -
Good morning everyone!!!
Yesterday I accomplished everything I set out to do and decided last minute to have a small refeed day to help me start the week strong
Today I'm starting my pull-ups back up and I'm hoping that changing my grip position will prevent any further chest pains. The rest of the day, I want to cover my basics and if the mood strikes me, do my training.
Also on my agenda, I want to have the new group up and going and post the link for it.
Let's make it a fabulous Monday!!!!0 -
So I updated my weight and I went from a warrior back down to an apprentice. It's like I came back from battle and decided to pick a new line of work. LOL1

Day 99, wow! Well I guess I have to say that the past 100 days were tough. My weight is the same if not higher than when we started this one. Health problems, comfort food and lack of exercise was the cause. I started off well but the low iron thing kicked my butt. But I am hard at it again. With the exception that my trainer wants me at maintenance for a couple of months till I have rebuilt my strength. Not happy that with summer fast approaching this 10 lbs will not likely be going away. But I need to do what's best for my health.
Had a fantastic weekend, summer weather has hit (snow is still going to come I know it lol) so lots of work done, a great full body workout and a 5.5 k run on Saturday and yesterday was a great family day.
Today's goals
lower body strength training (deload week) - done
2.4 k run
yard work
hydrate
stay below maintenance calories
Happy Monday everyone!1
