Let me ask you a question. Looking around your house right now...
What are you noticing?
Do you see anything that gives you joy?
Does it spark your inspiration & creative juices?
How much junk are you REALLY holding on to?

Everyday, I want you to go room by room, separating EVERYTHING into keep, donate, pass on, trash & sell.

Ask yourself these questions:
a) Have I used / worn this in the past 90 days?
b) Does it bring me joy? Sense of calmness?
c) Is it damaged in any shape or form?
d) Do I own something similar or multiples?
e) Was it worth the money I spent?

If you answered
"no." to either a or b, don't keep it.
"yes" to c, attempt to repair or don't keep it.
"yes" to d, don't keep it.
"no" to e, sell or pass it on.

Weight isn't all physical. It's surroundings & mental too!

I also suggest you pick up THIS BOOK, giving it a good read.

    This is my favorite way of loosing weight.

    Unfortunately not able to do this every day, but can definitely do 1 room a day.
