How does the Up link to myfitnesspal?

I am not sure how the UP connects to this app. Can anybody tell me how they sync together? Really confused?? :embarassed:

    I could be wrong, but I don't think the UP syncs to MFP - I think it's the other way around. It looks like the information added to MFP will upload to the UP but data (like food consumed) won't show up in MFP. Hopefully someone else will respond and confirm this or add more info.

    Well, someone told me to add the UP app from the list in MFP.Easy, but didn't work. No one mentioned to add the MFP app from the UP app list. You have to do both. Mine syncs but I am surprised how few calories it says I burn I get in my 10000 steps almost every day, and I'm lucky if it gives me 200 calories burned.
