finding time

I tried to workout yesterday. I got through 5 minutes of warm up and 7 minutes of exercises before my month old babe needed to eat. How do you all find or make time to eat right and work out?

    My two month old has become a part of my workouts. Wear her for walks and do squats and lunges. Lay her on the floor as I do my exercises (yoga, clamshells, bird dogs, etc). Hold her on me as I do bridges (she LOVES to ride on my hips up and down) and leg raises.

    I also just made and then ate my oatmeal while wearing her. My life changed when I made myself a ring sling. I get so much more done, and I love having her so close.
